二、高鐵模擬艙外部蒙皮采用鍍鋅板和冷軋鋼板相結合使用，其中鍍鋅鋼板具有耐腐蝕性強但硬度較低的特性，冷軋鋼板則具有剛性好、不易變形的優點。

2、 The exterior skin of the high-speed rail simulation cabin is a combination of galvanized and cold-rolled steel plates. Galvanized steel plates have strong corrosion resistance but low hardness, while cold-rolled steel plates have the advantages of good rigidity and less deformation.

三、高鐵模擬艙整體骨架焊接覆蓋到駕駛艙、艙體側壁、地板骨架、一艙段區域、二等艙段以及餐吧等部位。

3、 The overall framework of the high-speed rail simulation cabin is welded to cover the cockpit, cabin sidewalls, floor framework, first-class cabin area, second-class cabin area, and cafeteria.

四、底座一般采用40mm40mm1.5mm鍍鋅方管焊接，高鐵模擬艙焊接后需進行銼修噴涂環氧防銹底漆，并鋪設多層板和高鐵橡膠地板。

4、 The base is generally welded with 40mm, 40mm, and 1.5mm galvanized square pipes. After welding the high-speed rail simulation cabin, it needs to be filed and sprayed with epoxy rust proof primer, and multi-layer boards and high-speed rail rubber flooring should be laid.

五、焊接由焊接師傅純手工采用二保焊焊接，以保證焊接的高強度、抗裂性能優良，同時保證高鐵模擬艙的視覺效果。

5、 Welding is carried out manually by the welding master using secondary protection welding to ensure high strength and excellent crack resistance, while also ensuring the visual effect of the high-speed rail simulation cabin.

六、高鐵模擬艙采用經驗豐富的鈑金師傅手工鈑金校正，不同型號高鐵模擬艙砂紙由粗到細多遍打磨，不放過任意瑕疵，盡顯高鐵輪廓，細節完美。

6、 The high-speed rail simulation cabin adopts experienced sheet metal technicians to manually correct the sheet metal. Different models of high-speed rail simulation cabins are polished multiple times with sandpaper from coarse to fine, without leaving any defects, fully displaying the outline of the high-speed rail, with perfect details.

七、采用高亮度汽車專用二k汽車漆，四遍手工噴涂工藝，防腐專用漆、汽車專用底面漆、汽車專用高亮度色面漆、汽車專用防腐清漆等材料，保質保量，避免高鐵模擬艙漆面開裂的同時保證視覺效果。

7、 Adopting high brightness car specific 2K car paint, four layers of manual spraying process, anti-corrosion special paint, car specific bottom paint, car specific high brightness color top paint, car specific anti-corrosion clear paint and other materials, ensuring quality and quantity, avoiding paint surface cracking of high-speed rail simulation cabin while ensuring visual effect.
